“To be honest, I already have an online ESL job, but was required to upgrade my credentials. I thought it would be a total waste of time, however I found that the course really helped me with my teaching in many ways. Now I have more knowledge and ideas to help me perform better as a teacher.”

“Really helpful course in terms of planning a lesson plan, lesson preparation and creating a good teaching environment. I feel more than equipt to go out and teach. Certain examples in the course seemed a bit inappropriate for use. E.g. phrases.”

“I found this course quite useful and full of good information/ideas. I believe that there can never be a substitute for genuine classroom practice, but for an online only course this can give any new teacher a good starting platform.”

“I'm not done with the program as of yet but to me it seems very well constructed and I am learning a lot. The only thing that bothers me is that there are a few spelling errors here and there, these can probably be the product of typos. I do not believe that the people who designed this TEFL program have difficulty with spelling. However, at the end of the day this is a great TEFL program and it was well worth the money.”

“2 day course had an absolutely excellent facilitator. Online materials are good but the testing sometimes doesn't specify why you get something wrong which can make it difficult to improve.”

“I feel like I have gained valuable knowledge to take on the job of an ESL teacher after the course. I received feedback on my main assessment very quickly. The only problem was that parts of the course weren’t Mac-friendly. Would’ve liked it if they notified me of this beforehand.”

“Overall, it was a very helpful course and I am glad that I took the test, and what is also good is I got my results back quickly. One thing that I have as an issue is that some of the links and the videos that they featured were not not accessible or the links would go to an error 404 page.”
