“I received my order on 7th Jan..I could not believe the state in which it was delivered..the box was ripped in fact the end of the box was missing..and a hole in the wallpaper polythene wrapping! It was left outside the porch..exposed to the elements..not even put inside the porch..I rang yourselves to complain and I sent an email containing a picture..it is most unsatisfactory..and I expect a complete refund very soon..”

“The paper arrived quickly but on pasting the colour began to colour fade and had white patches on. We used a professional decorator who has done work for us before - not user error. When we called I love wallpaper, they took no ownership, we had to pay for express postage on a different colour as they only had the same batch, other wise we’d have a half finished room for Christmas! No refund given for the faulty paper-still denying it is faulty!! Terrible service.”

“The wallpaper was very low quality. We had rolls from the same batch and they didn’t even line up. Their customer service team is not helpful. I would suggest ordering from someplace else!”

“My order arrived over a month late, even after I’d waited months for a notification it would be in stock! Then all I was offered as an apology is 5% off a future order - I have no more plans to wallpaper at home and if I did, it wouldn’t be through this company!”
