“Delivered in Great time. Shame about the product. Had a professional come in to hang wallpaper for my nursery. A freshly plastered one feature wall. The paper was terribly thin and tore easily. The professional decorator came back (used the tradesman previously) as I thought it was his service. He explained the wallpaper wasn’t the best quality given the price I paid. Contacted I love wallpaper direct who requested pictures to which I sent. Over nearly two weeks later or backwards and forwards emails a refund was declined basically insinuating it was the decorators work that caused the issue. 6 weeks away from giving birth you can imagine this has caused me stress. I was offered a 10% discount of a new order. Really really upset and disappointed with the customer service and outcome of my purchase. Would not recommend this company.”

“Beautiful wallpaper at reasonable prices & delivered quickly highly recommended”

“Beware of the calculator. I used the "roll calculator" on the website and based on the wall sizes I entered, I was told I would need 6 rolls. That was completely wrong - just under 3 rolls were used. Customer Service was quick to let me know I could return the unused rolls but the quote for return postage almost matched the $100 of extra paper. A lot of money wasted because of the innacuracies of the "calculator." The representative agreed that the measurements I provided (which are 100% accurate) should call for 6 rolls according to the calculator but all she could offer was "sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused..." and now I'm out $100. The 3 rolls that were used all had many minor defects that had to be worked around. Shame on me for not buying from a US company...”

“Not 5 stars as not received yet even though Hermes emailed to say would be arriving yesterday. Informed me would now deliver next day. No parcel and no message from Hermes at all today. Very disappointed and expect better service.”
