“They treated me very bady and arrogantly when I made a tiney mistake with my last order AFTER BEING A VERY LOYAL CUSTMER FOR 12 YEARS. Once I even returned them near £200 worth of goods which they sent me by mistake with no invoice, no trace of any order, when I could keep and use them. When I mentined this to their manager this time as a sample of honesty and loyalty, he treated me very arrogantly. I do not want to know about them anymore.”
