“Not just down to Hydro-X, delivery company did not help by not leaving missed delivery cards on first attempts. Unfortunately, after that Hydro-X response was slow and i had to keep chasing for a resolution.”

“You sent me a box of 20 which had been torn across the lid and two masks had been removed. The bag had not been opened and resealed, that would have been obvious. I am convinced that it left your premises in this condition, Never again!”
