“Customer service were very helpful & friendly & prompt in replying with ensuring we got an invoice and then the delivery managed appropriately. The item arrived within a day of being advised that the order had been finalised, and in perfect condition and appears to be of very good quality.”

“from order to delivery, a simple easy process. The dip-slides ordered only have a 6 month shelf life but they are generally all used within that period!”

“I have used this company for several years. Simple, easy to use website, often very fast delivery. Quick response to any queries. Lost a star as sometimes there is a significant delay, due to incubation etc which is not always communicated after ordering via website.”

“I would have given you 5 stars but for the delivery service you used. APC left a note to say they had attempted delivery on 21/4. It took Six phone calls and two emails before it was finally delivered 5/5”

“The free standing personalised hand sanitiser station looks really good and fits with the colours in our building. The logo and text is excellent and the whole build is sturdy enough. We did have a problem with the top edge of the fascia being damaged but this was rectified by the team and a new fascia sent. All in all - it looks good and the staff and visitors use it which is was the main intention.”

“The product is great, the gel usable in small spray bottles. The only complaint is the postage is too expensive for small orders and the packaging is too extensive. The good arrived fine, but the screw down dispensing nozzle wasn't screwed down. how about a bit of tape to stop the nozzle turning in transit?”

“I found the seminar very helpful and informative, particularly the opinions and experience of the presenters. This is a complex area and there isn't always a right solution. I work in social housing, and the approach to managing this risk varies widely, so this sector of the industry would definitely benefit from more knowledge and training geared to this sector.”
