“Had mine fitted 3 months ago service was great the 2 guys who came to fit were good but after service not so good first I needed some nn shock didn't have any in stock then wanted some ph strips, didnt have the same ones in stock then was told they never had them , then when asked about my levels he wasn't sure so I went else where to buy my chemicals and strips , shame really as at the beginning I was very happy”

Hello Bri thank you for taking the time to write this review. Were dissapointed that you rate our afterservice as not so good because of a shortage of products. There is a worldwide issue with the supply of goods associated with hot tubs... this is beyond our control. We do have an on line shop which is managed by another chemical provider, which offers free next day delivery. Duriing this difficult period we have been asking our customers to use the website and even providibg discount codes for customers use. We are very concerned that you were told by a staff member, that they couldnt help with your water treatment question, we have lots of new staff members, with different experience levels, its very important we investigate this and adresss any training issues required. We would appreciate a call from you, so we can investigate this futher. We take any negative feedback very seriously as we very rarely receive any. Once again thank you for bringing this to our attention and we look forward to receiving your further contact.

“Fantastic service from the Doncaster team, we had Martin help us today with a maintenance visit, we have not had the tub that long so we still have lots of questions which he was great at answering, nothing was too much bother for him and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything, which we are. A credit to the company!”

“From start to finish everyone we dealt with was knowledgable, helpful and friendly. We were happy from the off with a cracking deal from Alex. Everything was booked in and ran like clockwork, with everyone who came adhering to social distancing. The electrician was very friendly worked tidy. Finally the 2 delivery guys were top notch the tub was round the back and filling up in no time (even though it was a squeeze). Were extremely happy and wont be going anywhere else for help, chemicals and servicing. Thanks guys.”

“We purchased a hot tub from Hydro Active in Doncaster and it’s amazing! We dealt with Alex who was great and really helpful in advising us which was the best spa for us. Did his upmost to get it delivered in a short time frame and communicated with us throughout the process. I have to say a special thank you to Martin (one of the Engineers from Hydro) he came out to us today and went through absolutely everything we need to know about general daily maintenance and upkeep to get the best performance out of our spa. He’s a really nice guy and nothing was too much trouble! Would highly recommend!”

“We purchased a hot tub, during lock down, thinking we would have to wait until it was all over. But no we have had it delivered and loving it. From the start, with the chat on line through to on site check, electrics, tub delivery and installation and after care with questions, the customer service has been fantastic from Andy, Katy and team. All extremely friendly, helpful. The hit tub is amazing so much better than expected. Definitely recommend this company to purchase from. A bonus even is that my husband who has struggled to sleep, because of muscle pains, for many years has slept very well since purchase. Thank you”

“I purchased a Whitewater Hurricane Elite from Hydro Active pools and spas in Doncaster recently and have had the hot tub for a week now. From our initial enquiry online, subsequent discussions, order and deliver process, we have been really happy with the quality of the customer service offered by Andy and the team. Installation went as planned with electrics first followed by the hot tub later in. The morning. By mid-day, everything was up and running. Again, all the staff involved in this process were professional and helpful. We are really happy with the quality of the hot tub so far, it looks and feels extremely well built, is well specified, powerful and easy to use. The seven seat configuration works really well for us and glad we decided on this option over the lounger configuration. We also had the WiFi option fitted which makes operation even easier I think. After sales and advice on maintenance and water quality has been great from Hydro Active and pleased we decided to by from a reputable local dealer for this reason. So, one week in and we are really pleased with our purchase and Hydro Active. We would thoroughly recommend this company and our Hot tub to prospective buyers.”

Alex was patient, knowledgeable and very helpful- he spent lots of time answering and explaining everything to me so I was 100% happy and understood everything in depth.
