“Excellent service from ordering to delivery The sales staff go above and beyond to help and everything including 32 amp electric supply and crane delivery were all taken care of by the hydroactive team So all We had to do was wait for it to heat up and we were in I read a lot of reviews where people put them on straight after delivery so you don’t see about any after sales customer service Well I would like to point out that after delivery I had a small issue about noise from hot tub and the after sales customer service is excellent After speaking to Jess who I have to say is so helpful she got in touch with the engineers and they were straight out and sorted the problem the same day ( thank you Martin 👍 ) I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to say that if your looking to buy yourself a hot tub then look no further than hydroactive pools and spas for great products at unbelievable prices and a team of staff from sales to delivery and after care that are really helpful and whatever questions or queries you may have they go the extra mile to help”

“The lads at Doncaster were very helpful when we visited the showroom .... delivery was stress free, the lads who did the installation were very helpful and explained everything in detail .... The price was very reasonable and lower than the other retailers selling the same tub Our installation was 2 months later than quoted but due to corona restrictions we understood that it was no fault of theirs ..... our duck was also missing lol 😂 but after a couple of e-mails it was delivered to us ..... I would highly recommend this company and am confident that if we need any help in the future, they will be there to help”
