“We've used HVW Ltd for a few years now and the quality of the t shirts and the embroidery is excellent, however we've found that every time we place an order we have to chase it up only to find it's been forgotten about and we then experience delays in receiving it. Most recent occasion I had to chase it up 3 times before it was delivered. This needs to improve.”

“Good quality products but you need to keep an eys on your spam e mails, any they sent to me went into my spam e mails, after several calls they eventually sent my prodicts a couple of week late”

“The product is good, and the ordering is easy. Where it falls apart is that the company use UPS to deliver the goods, and these courier guys are pathetic. It took four telephone calls to UPS to get the goods delivered, and I was lied to three times by the delivery company. HVW Ltd - get yourselves different couriers as the ones you use give your business a bad feeling. Delivery is just as important as quality and ordering.”

“The embroidery finish was poor by previous standards and the choice of colour poor for the teal which came out as royal blue - extremely disappointed. C”

“The garments are well stiched and colours are good, however the sizes are very odd and some of the neck holes on crew tshirts are to small for an adult head? Also have shrunk to unusable sizes? Unfortunatly we will be sending some back.”
