“I get lots of deliveries to several different addresses. Without knowing which parcel you are talking about I cannot answer the question. May I suggest that when you ask for a review that you include a copy of the order.”

“Ordered 2 hiviz back in December all paid for has never arrived. Have sent two emails and received nothing back. Been over two months and have heard nothing or received nothing. I have lost money and they don't have decency to respond.”

Hi Sam scincere apologies we had emailed you for better artwork as we could not work with what you sent us thie howver should have been refunded to you as you described that you did not have anything suitable it has been refunded to your paypal accout apologies for the delay HIVizWorkWear

“Not very happy contacted HVW several times regarding my order and never had one response and when items arrived the box they was in was very damaged They were very poor quality thin material And the zips zip up on opposite side to any other hoodies I own Will not buy from HVW again”

“Substandard communication and customer service. Cannot recommend. I ordered some hi-viz printed vests and gloves 22 January. The payment was taken off my credit card immediately. I received an order acknowledgement but no estimated date of delivery. I still have had no communication whatsoever to indicate when i can expect delivery. 01 February I wrote to complain that I still had no estimated delivery date and asked for my money back if a delivery date could not be confirmed by the end of last week. I received no reply. No acknowledgement that the message had been received or would be dealt with in due course. Of course, there has been no refund, either, not even an automated one. Would give zero stars if I could. This order was a test to check quality etc before placing a more substantial order. needles to say that I will not bother.”
