The product is good, and the ordering is easy. Where it falls apart is that the company use UPS to deliver the goods, and these courier guys are pathetic. It took four telephone calls to UPS to get the goods delivered, and I was lied to three times by the delivery company. HVW Ltd - get yourselves different couriers as the ones you use give your business a bad feeling. Delivery is just as important as quality and ordering.
