“From start to finish, the help & support I received from HVW was outstanding. John was so patient and helpful guiding me through the whole process and answering all my questions. It was the same with Mike the Graphics Designer - he couldn't have been more helpful. I was so pleased with the zip up hoodies I ordered - fab quality and they wash really well too. I would definitely use HVW again as the service and product quality were excellent.”

“The team at HVW are absolutely amazing! They turned around a job for a batch of printed T-shirts and embroidered hoodies for our historical reenactment group really quickly. They’re super friendly and easily contactable all along the production process. Very fair prices too. Can’t recommend HVW enough!!”

“All garments received as ordered. All are of the highest quality and suit our club’s needs. The guys have said that the jackets are too good to wear for fishing and looked good on when worn to the pub this weekend during our annual fishing trip to Yorkshire. Thanks on behalf of the Old Bagger’s Angling Club.”

“We've used HVW Ltd for a few years now and the quality of the t shirts and the embroidery is excellent, however we've found that every time we place an order we have to chase it up only to find it's been forgotten about and we then experience delays in receiving it. Most recent occasion I had to chase it up 3 times before it was delivered. This needs to improve.”

“I recently purchased 5 hi-vis vests from this company for my landscape business. While the quality of the vests was satisfactory overall, there were some noticeable stitching issues. However, the main disappointment was the lack of customisation that I paid for. I requested embroidery on the front and prints on the back of the vests, but none of them had the embroidery on the front. Additionally, the sizes were incorrect; I ordered 3 large, 1 medium, and 1 small, but received 4 large and 1 medium. If there is an option to resolve these issues, I would be happy to reconsider my review. I believe there is potential for improvement, and I am willing to update my rating to five stars if these issues can be addressed promptly and satisfactorily.”
