Just returned size uk 5 black kensington uggs which struggled to get on and off(no side zip)- wasn't happy about paying the return postage approx £10 - considering it cost me only £3.99 to receive them :( Other than that I was happy with service and efficient delivery to get them, thankyou xx

A little disappointed as I'd ordered two items and only 4 days later was told one of the items had been refunded as was not available! To be fair was given a 15 per cent code but don't like anything at the moment! Hoping you get more as like your variety in collection. Normally I buy in store this was the first time online.

Service was good, my item was delivered within 5 days as was stated although it did take 3 days before I received any emails saying my order was being processed. I was also slightly disappointed that I had to pay delivery charge even though my purchase was in the sale. It does state free delivery on non sale items over £65 but as I was spending over £100 you'd think that would include free delivery as well.

so far still not had my top which was order on fri and its monday now not had email which i think could be sent fast as ive already paid fot the top

Ordered product for Xmas on thursday, got an email on monday saying that product is out of stock and the money will be refunded. So I don't really have a buying experinece, one positive note the money was refunded promptly into my account.
