MY daughter loves them just wish a had known they was small made as daughter 10.5 went for 11 and she will be lucky if she even wears them hand full times and wish a had went for 12 gutted as lot money to spend and hardly be worn

Parcel arrived fine and very happy with purchases especially my ted baker purse and communication regarding order etc was prompt but had to return an item and still awaiting refund for item which was sent back more than a week ago, ive just received an email to say product has been returned and a full refund issued to my account, will definitely use this company again and will be recommending it to friends and family as prices alot lot cheaper than the actual branded shop!thanks again

The product itself was great. However, I was disappointed with the click and collect service, as I had to call the store after 2 weeks to find out where my order was! I was then told that it was ready for collection,but I still haven't received the "order ready for collection"email🤔🤔🤔

Good quality lovely shirt, delivered fairly quickly. However returns process is a faff, & you have to pay for returns postage which seems to be an our dated approach to online shopping so disappointed with that

Dear Aaron Thank you for your comments I have attached the click and collect information for you , it does state 2 to 5 days from order to collect, i am sorry for any confusion please see below: Collect your Web order from one of our stores (2-5 days from order) Select one of the stores at checkout You will be notified by email once your order is ready for collection. You then have seven days to collect your goods. I can see we did meet this deadline, I am very sorry however that you were dissatisfied with our click and collect service. apologies again Hurley web team

Shipping unnecessarily long compared to other sellers. As a buyer I want to know where the product is made as I may prefer not to purchase products from regions I consider not to par in quality.

Communication was very good with customer service, only issue was jacket still had security tag attached when it arrived which will make me think twice about using them again.

Received a confirmation email however never received an email confirming my item was in store. When I when to pick this up after telephoning the store I was directed to three till points before someone give me my order

Very good prices and product but the communication leaves a lot to be desired. Tried tring over a dozen times but no answer, even the stores couldn't get through. Overall good but not great.

The staff at Harley's in Bolton were very nice when I went to pick my boots up, when I took them back as they did not fit they was very 'iffy' and seemed un interested in me wanting to return the boots, my mum has also had this problem.

Ordered a watch fro my wife's christmas present, as Hurleys had the best price compared to the same item on the high street. Delivery was quick, and the watch itself was lovely and in brand new condition. However, the outer packaging box was torn, and the watch box itself has slight damage to the corners, though not too bad. This is disappointing, given the watch it a christmas gift, and the outer packaging make it appear 2nd hand. The watch was well packed in bubble wrap and poly parcel bag, so this damage must have occurred prior to packaging, not during transit. Hurleys have been advised,and said they will try to source a new outer box, but nothing forthcoming so far. A pleasant purchase experience has been spoiled by damaged packaging, for a watch which wasn't cheap.
