Service is good but i am not happy with the fact that they do not refund money when you make a return in shop. so there should be a refund instead of a credit not upon returning the item.

Took me over 2 and a half weeks to get my ugg slippers as Royal Mail are so useless! But Hurleys were very helpful ????

I bought an Armani jeans logo cap and I must admit it was the cheapest I'd seen online however when I ordered it, it stated it would take 3-5 working days however it actually took more than double what they said and when the parcel arrived, the hat was just wrapped in bubble wrap and did not include any of the packaging that normally would come with the hat. All in all good for the price however the delivery and packaging thoroughly let it down.

Dear Mohammed Thank you for your comments, I am sorry your order was delivered a day later than promised, the packaging sent is how the items are received from Armani, i will pass your comment onto them, the bubble wrap we add to protect the peak from damage during delivery, we do try to keep our packaging to a minimum please do not hesitate to contact me directly if there is any problem with the hat you have received I offer my sincere apologies again Kind Regards Michelle

Well it said it would arrive 2/3 days it took 5 days, not a problem but that is what it should have said. But it came well packed/ presented.

Product as expected is very good however, the delivery method of Royal Mail is very dated. Most couriers send text messages with differing amounts of information etc before delivery. I missed the delivery man and had to go to the sorting office to collect, petty but e commerce is supposed to be better than that.

The service is a good idea but every time I have been to collect my items I am left stood waiting and then have to wait longer while the staff find the paper work , which can never been found and I sign on a scrap piece of paper I don't think I will order online again I will stick to the shop.

It took a bit of time for my order to arrive, but when I emailed querying where my order was, I got a prompt reply telling me due the Hurleys sale they were inundated with orders and it was taking longer than usual to ship out orders. The bag I ordered was lovely, the Ted Baker Tahira Bag, my only grievance it didn't have any feet at the bottom of the bag to protect it, I have since put some on myself. Overall, I got my bag and purse at a good price and am really happy with the service I received. I would definitely recommend Hurleys and will be shopping with them again.

No email sent to inform me that goods were available to collect in store - I only found out when I logged in to "my account ". Two items were unavailable, again I only found out when I logged in. Not as good as previous online shopping experience with Hurleys

The only issue i have is that i had email customer service as i hadnt recieved an email updating me on my order. I got a respone pretty quick telling me that they had had problems emailing customers to tell them there items were at the shop and that i could pick my item up. Everything else was spot on

Ordering online was quick & easy to do. The order did take slightly longer to arrive in store than I thought it would. Manual forms (in this day & age) are filled in when items are returned which I found to be a longer process than it needed to be

I think that it would be nice if the company provided pre-paid return labels as most on line retailers do. I paid £3.50 for delivery of an item that looked completely different to the picture on line, so then had to pay £3.50 to return it. A waste of £7.00 to me, and for that reason I would not purchase from Hurleys in the future.

Item received was faulty. No free returns service. No point in reordering as the item would arrive too late.

I had to return a pair of toms due to poor stitching which wasnt an issue but two seperate amounts appeared in my Paypal account. One for £16.38 and another for £22.50. The correct amount was £22.50 so not sure what the £16.38 was for! It would be great for some feedback also. Look forward to your reply. Kind Regards Lisa

Hi Lisa Thank you for your review. I have checked our PayPal account and can see that only 1 refund was processed for £25.90, this was for the cost of the item plus the return postage. Hope this helps, Joanne
