“I WAS RATHER WORRIED WITH MY ORDER . THE PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT ,AND A WEEK LATER I HAD TO PHONE AS I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A DISPATCH DATE. IT WAS ONLY AFTER I HAD CALLED THAT I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TO SAY MY ORDER HAD BEEN DISPATCHED . I WAS A LONG TIME WAITING FOR MY ORDER COMPARED TO OTHER ONLINE PURCHASES.”

“Ordered a pair of ladies leather ugg gloves which when delivered had a mark on one of them! Contacted Hurley’s and they couldn’t have been anymore helpful and all they asked was to send a quick pic of the mark and they sent me a free returns label to send them back and I had a new pair within a few days which was fab at this time of year! Staff are very quick to respond to queries too!”

“Awful customer service, if you have to return anything which the goes AWOL in the post and the customer has to do the chasing, will never buy anything from them again. They keep your money and you end up £72 out of pocket. How does that work.”
