“Primarily always a pleasure to deal with either in the Bolton shops or at the customer service centre . Prices cannot be bettered and having bought Barbour clothing for over 50 years I am now able to treat my son and daughter in law and my 4 year old grandson to a shop where they can all find a superb choice of clothing . “I bought a pair of ugg boots, and the zip has broken already after only wearing a handful of times. I have tried to contact them to ask about a repair but have had no response. Extremely disappointed with the service”

“Perfect jacket, good price. To Spain delivery time around 2 weeks is tío much, in my case i prefer pay an express services although increases te price of the products, but it's not possible.”

“Bought the Barbour baffle coat for my daughters birthday , she couldn't of been more pleased. Fantastic fit. Forgot to add my loyalty card to the purchase so the shop supplied me with a form to send to head office as they couldn't access my points ( hope they are now added)”

“Great customer service when I had ordered some slippers for my wife's birthday and they didn't fit. I was outside the 14 day returns policy, but they allowed me to return them for full refund. I then ordered correct size. Many Many Thanks”
