It took over two weeks to deliver my products, they were gifts and one which I had to give later due to slow delivery. I sent an email to your company customer services before receiving the products but never received a reply. The products themselves were good however I will probably not use your company again due to lack of customer care. In such a competitive market customer care is something that should be taken into more consideration.

Made an order 31/12/2016 for some baby ugg booties, still no information on dispatch or estimated delivery. Money taken from my account and a confirmation email received to state the payment is complete. Emails made to customer services with no reply. I really need the product by this week and at present I have no faith in believing I will receive them. I will not be ordered from this company again. I understand it has been the festive period and companies are behind, and fair enough I have given them over a week to dispatch the order but I really need to know if the item will be delivered this week. This is a gift for my close friend who I am having to delay from visiting as I have no gift!!!!

Ordered some Uggs for my girlfriend for her birthday, took over a week to dispatch. I pm'ed them and they stated they was busy and delayed because and they are a family business. If it's that bad maybe don't take on order you cannot forfill, they stated 2-5 from dispatch date that they kept falling back on as an excuse but they hadn't even dispatched after a week!

Shopped online at Hurleys web site on 30 December 2016. Their website kept on saying that my credit card was rejected, so Michelle from Hurley requested me to make another order again and it all failed until I used Amazon to pay but Hurleys charged me 4 times for one order - 3 times under a pretense that my credit card was not working and once under Amazon (order went through)!!!!!! The charge of 3 times without an order was illegal. Hurley can not reserve funds on customer's credit card without an order!! So they have illegally and fraudulently reserve funds on your credit account without an order and then declare that they have nothing to do with it! Who does? Which system caused a reservation of the amounts equivalent to 3 orders which "didn't go through"on my credit card which now will not clear off for 20 days! Michelle said that she was sorry but couldn't help me! How appalling. This is either a grossly negligent way to conduct business online (definitely in breach of EU regulations) or perhaps even fraudulent practice! I have noticed that it was not only me but others had the same experience! Stay away from dealing with them.

Dear Elena i am very sorry for the inconvenience caused, as there was in fact an order that failed the bank held the payment pending , this is released to you once the bank have confirmation the order has failed, , the payment does not leave your bank , we do not receive it and have no control over how long the bank hold this, the orders failed as we could not get a billing address confirmation as part of the security checks, this is to protect your security i can confirm the order eventually went through with the Amazon payment, who process their own security checks. we are not fully aware of the bank procedure i am sorry if we appear a little vague, but we can confirm if an order has failed and that we cannot take payment as was the case on your original checkout attempts i am very sorry again Michelle Hurley web team

When ordering items on Boxing Day the purchase came through as order declined due to vendor problems. However, the payment still went through and the company now has £300 of my money. No email confirmation for payment & order. Even though I have confirmed this with my bank, and emailed the company with screenshots, I am yet to receive a response. Last time I dealt with this company I returned an item and they would not refund until exactly 30days after receiving (as per their t&c's) I hope to god they either dispatch next day delivery out of courtesy or refund me immediately so I am able to order my items from else where in time for my holiday this weekend. Hurleys, a response would be appreciated! Thank you.

Hi Laura, i am sorry for any inconvenience caused, this transaction is showing abandoned at check out with this message Customer did not enter their Card Details or complete 3D Secure check with bank, so transaction could not be authorised. i hope this helps, i can only see one previous order from 2013, placed on the 24.01.2013 and received back and refunded on the 6.02.2013, apologies again Hurley web team

Is this company even legit?? Asking me for utility bills for extra security??? My purchase was £70 ????!!! Would prefer a refund and shop at another company who isn't so nosey!

Only left 1 as a score because you can't leave a 0! Shocking customer service or total lack of it. Order overdue & despite my best efforts still haven't managed to speak to anyone via email or telephone no answerphone facilities or abswers to my emails. Do not order from them.

Extremely disappointed with my experience so far. I ordered from Hurleys more than a week ago. They haven't even shipped the order yet - for the last week or so, the order status has remained "payment received". I've emailed them a couple of times about this, but I have received no response. I understand that sometimes (especially at this time of the year) things are more hectic than usual for retailers. I, however, do not understand the lack of response or any updates. Hope that changes and that I receive my order.

My first online shopping experience with Hurleys was outstanding! I bought Barbour International Flywheel Jacket and they arrived safely without any problem to America.
