“very good customer service , I ordered Ugg boots and they had a mark on and they were sold out in my size so I sent photos of the stain but they would not give me any discount off them.”

“The process for Hurley's was very slow for an international service. It took them a while to ship and my item is still not here after 21 days. They say I have to sign for my item, but I have not yet received a date of delivery. They also do not offer an alternative to sign online and allow them to just leave my item. The purchase process was easy, but I ordered another pair just like these boots from the UK and from Spain (3 in all) and they both arrived already despite being ordered after this item. Please work on your international delivery process.”

“I was very happy with the product and was happy with a lot of the products , when the product came it had 2 very small holes in but I didn't complain because I was more than happy with the low priced coat.”

“I found a great price on Ugg Boots which was a good deal cheaper than other sites. It's the 3rd time I've bought Ugg's from Hurley's and the price has always been most competitive. Unfortunately this time my payment was taken by Hurleys and then afterwards I was told they had to refund it as their system would not recognise my delivery address. I then had to re-pay Hurleys using the same card but through Amazon-pay. This led to me waiting a week for a refund back from them which was very inconvenient especially just before Christmas.”

“Beware that returns can be very costly. Most reputable companies have free returns but not this company. It cost £8.80 to return on tracked basis as recommended. Ugg slippers very small fitting. Customer service I could not fault however.”

“I WAS RATHER WORRIED WITH MY ORDER . THE PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT ,AND A WEEK LATER I HAD TO PHONE AS I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A DISPATCH DATE. IT WAS ONLY AFTER I HAD CALLED THAT I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TO SAY MY ORDER HAD BEEN DISPATCHED . I WAS A LONG TIME WAITING FOR MY ORDER COMPARED TO OTHER ONLINE PURCHASES.”

“Great service and very fast delivery time. Clothes look nice but I don't know if they are real, The Hugo Boss polo t-shirt bought in one of the Hugo Boss shops is made in Vietnam. Polo t-shirt purchased from this site is made in China.”

“Pros: I am very satisfied with the jacket and the price was very good as well. Cons: It took almost 3 weeks from order to delivery which was very annoying and gives a lower grade”

“Nice and quick delivery. Uggs weren't as expected and would be helpful to inform customers on uk size difference. I'm a size 4 but uggs were too small. Also had to pay for return postage on expensive boots.”
