“We completely ran out of bottle in January. I contacted Innergy, who are over 40 miles away from us. Within 48 hours we had 2 large bottles and were up and running again. Thank you!”

“Always get excellent service from the Dukinfield Depot. I call in person to exchange my bottles and it's always done very efficiently and pleasantly. The replacement bottles are always nice and clean for putting in my vehicle.”

“I bought one gas bottle for a B&B I was staying at. It wasn’t so easy, took several days, and then I received a repeat bill because they hadn’t acknowledged my payment. Quite a bother.”

We always aim to make our ordering and delivery process as simple and efficient as possible. Having reviewed your order, we understand there was some confusion regarding the invoice issued. Our system generates an invoice automatically once the job is closed, and this acts as a receipt rather than a request for payment. Our accounts team clarified this by email at the time, and we apologise for any misunderstanding caused. With regard to delivery, your order was completed outside of our usual delivery timeframe, due to driver illness at the time. We could have communicated this better and we’re sorry that on this occasion it took longer than anticipated. “I am very disappointed with the service, as not only getting told a delivery date, being a week later, then we get an Email stating we owe money for the gas that we payed on order, the staff need a kick up the backside”

As soon as this was brought to our attention, the team arranged delivery at the earliest available opportunity to ensure you received your gas as quickly as possible. In relation to the payment query, this can sometimes occur if a delivery is still being finalised on our system. During this short processing period, statements may be issued before payments are automatically allocated, although the account balance will update accordingly once complete.
