“I am very disappointed with the service, as not only getting told a delivery date, being a week later, then we get an Email stating we owe money for the gas that we payed on order, the staff need a kick up the backside”

We understand there was a delay between the expected delivery date and when your order arrived. As soon as this was brought to our attention, the team arranged delivery at the earliest available opportunity to ensure you received your gas as quickly as possible. In relation to the payment query, this can sometimes occur if a delivery is still being finalised on our system. During this short processing period, statements may be issued before payments are automatically allocated, although the account balance will update accordingly once complete. We apologise for any confusion or frustration caused and appreciate your patience while this was resolved. “Delighted with the excellent service we received from Mark at York Depot. I made an enquiry regarding a new heater, having had a bit of a muddle elsewhere. I was called back as promised with a good price and within 48 hrs our heater (Provence) was up and running. Old school service. Highly recommend. Thank you Mark.”
