Whilst we are disappointed that you have decided to move your supply away from innergy, we appreciate that you have taken the time to provide us with your feedback. We note that you have decided to move your supply away from innergy due to the temporary LPG surcharge that has been in place since 15th March 2022. We have recently been in discussions with our primary LPG supplier, Flogas, in relation to the removal of the temporary LPG surcharge and we have received notification that the surcharge is due to be removed imminently for all customers. We have provided you with further information via email and hope to discuss this further with you, as we would be disappointed to lose our long-standing business relationship with yourselves. We have reviewed your account and it would appear that the incorrect price has been charged on two collections which appears to be due to a system error.
