order due for delivery on 16th January 2024 before 11am, rang to find out when coming, left message to ring us if unable to deliver, could they contact us on wednesday 17th, no reply to my message, then delivered 18th January out of the blue with no explanation. We have never had any problems in the past, they have even rang us before if they were going to be late, so don't know what happened this time.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to review your current experience with innergy at our Goole depot. We apologise for the delay in coming back to you, we have been investigating the issues that you encountered with your gas delivery. We pride ourselves on customer delight and getting the gas to the customer when they require, we apologise on this occasion that we have failed to do this. Gary our Goole Depot Manager was on annual leave last week, we had a contractor member of staff covering the depot, your gas order was on for 16th as planned however was moved to 18th January without notifying you. The staff member covering the depot should have called to notify you for which we apologise sincerely. We hope that this hasn’t caused you any inconvenience. Kind regards, The innergy team

Deliveries always reliable. Invoicing not so good as the system used cannot be opened first time. Not sure Re. price as I haven't compared recently.

Hi Mr Boyle, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a reviews. All of our invoices are all PDF documents generated by our software but we have been informed by our IT team that some of our customers have settings which make the document appear as a windatt file or the email arrives with no attachment. I understand it has something to do with the text rich or HTML format of the message received. As this is happening please just reply to the invoice email and hopefully we will be able to resend the email direct from our mail box and you'll have what you need. In the meantime if you need anything else at all please don’t hesitate to contact us. Best regards, the innergy team.

Disappointed to find the gas prices have increased so quickly when we have just had to go through the change of supplier to keep the cost down. Feel very let down

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. It is greatly appreciated. In response to your query regarding our change of supplier in March 2019, one of the reasons behind the change was in order to avoid a huge price increase that our previous supplier was trying to force upon us. If we had accepted the increase then we would have had no alternative but to implement a much larger price increase on Tuesday 2nd April (over six months ago). We felt that this was yet another unwarranted increase in a succession of unwarranted increases. By moving to a new supplier, we have been able to delay and reduce the imminent increase that our previous supplier was trying to force upon us. As a result of changing supplier we were able to secure a several month price freeze which we happily extended to our customers including yourself. Up until the 2nd September 2019, it had been over fifteen month since innergy introduced a price increase. During that period, other suppliers have increased their prices by two, three and even four times. innergy will always use our buying strengths to the advantage of our customers. We always endeavour to ensure that our prices are amongst the lowest around and that our deliveries are reliable and friendly. Certainly, in our recent independently conducted Customer Delight survey 100% of customers surveyed would recommend innergy.
