“Very poor customer support. They overcharge and think we don’t notice. Once we question them, they give rubbish answers. There is 5% VAT for gas cylinders, but they charged 20% VAT. When I questioned them why, they said that if you order more than 20 cylinders, it will be 20% VAT. What an explanation! If you order only 2 cylinders, there are extra fees for that as well. The only thing I can say is that this is not a reputable company.”
