“Innergy is very customer focused. They answer any questions you may have and you can contact them by phone and actually talk to a someone. Everyone I’ve spoken to have been lovely and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I’ve also found that since changing to them from another company my gas seems to last longer.”

“Martin, was very helpful he took time to understand that I am part of flying club and that innegy is able to deliver the gas to the club. He also help me with loading the gas into my car, most heplful. He also explained that innergy policy is to be very competitive in your gas prices and that currently because of the issuse in Iran, innergy has no option but to add surcharge on the gas. I am making an assumtion that innergy will remove any surchages when tankers can travel as freely through the straits of Hormuz prior to it's current dangers.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the delivery location. We’ve looked into this and understand that deliveries to your property involve accessing the rear of the property and then continuing via a steep slope. Unfortunately, this can make it difficult for our driver to safely transport cylinders to the exact spot requested, particularly when the yard area is obstructed. Please be assured that the cylinders are not left carelessly - they are placed as close as safely possible to your preferred location under the circumstances. We’re always keen to find a solution, so if there’s a way to improve access or agree on a safe and practical drop-off point, we’d be happy to discuss this with you. Thank you for your understanding.
