“Unresponsive, no tracking number and no product after 2 months. After multiple emails for a copy of an invoice I called and the line just rang out. Horrible experience.”

“The shop had the springs I required, where many other retailers didn't and didn't expect stock any time soon. The ordering process was easy, and the staff member Chloe was very helpfull. The springs arrived next day delivery but unfortunately were the wrong ones, but the problem was resolved instantly with a phone call, and the incorrect springs were picked up by a courier the very next day with no hassle or paperwork needed on my behalf, and the correct ones arrived the day after, a Saturday shipment with no extra cost to myself...So great service, and a slight error was rectified swiftly and efficiently.”

“Starting from the most important point- the product which in my case was 20 mm wheel spacers. As you can expect from Eibach its always top quality. Materials used,finish touch and the look all high quality. Even the box don't look cheap with them. Service? Yes- very good service, quick delivery and on time -but that's what you expecting from someone who care about the costumers . Specially when you pay that top £££ for a parts. Yes it's worth it. What really makes me feel special it's the communication. Wasn't sure about something so just emailed to costumer service. Had all the answers I want within a few minutes- wasn't expecting that. Highly recommended seller Eibach UK of top quality German products.”

“Ordered springs showing in stock. They emailed next day saying 6 week’s delivery. Then took 2 more emails to sort a refund. WHY sell something you don’t have???”

“Much improved ride and handling , the ride is much more supple. Much needed on Kents badly maintained roads. Volkswagen should have fitted these as standard for the UK. Well worth the money.”
