“first time i had used Higgins for online ordering though have used them periodically from their shp. The online experience was very good. nice chice of coffees, good descriptions and easy to order. Confirmation and tracking worked well and i have my order within a few days. Goods were well packed with coffee in small sealed elegant packs. Not the cheapest coffee merchants about but satisfied with using them.”

“A very prompt delivery; a salvation in these isolating times. I order tea, mainly the earl grey superior (I love the intensity), green tea (I can’t start the day without a cup) and camomile. I’m not a fan of tea bags so very happy to support Higgins. Under normal times I would go in person as I love the coffee shop and enjoy it’s Mayfair location. Thank you.”

“Very prompt service, coffee was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. One suggestion: there was no information on what type of grind to select for non-standard coffee makers (eg moka pot), so it would be useful to include that information at the point of selecting a grind.”

“First class service, especially appreciated in these difficult days. My husband and I were customers in the sixties and seventies but then lapsed with our regular orders. This morning we raised our cafetière to the Higgins family. The Chagga Double A was delicious, as always, so "thank you" ,”

“As always very satisfied with the service. The items including coffee beans and green tea are excellent. The delivery came on time and very well packed. Because of the COVID 19, I can't travel to have my coffee but H. R. Higgins as always takes care of their customer and deliver my coffee at my house! Thank you for the great service!”
