“It's been 20 years since my first visit to the shop (visiting the UK on holiday), right after I discovered the wonderful world of loose leaf teas — and I still visit to enjoy the cafe and stock up on my favorites every time I'm in London. Nothing beats the peace of that cafe (and the shop) after the bustle of Oxford St. I'd love to see the shop's international delivery rates become reasonable for people in the States again, but in the meantime I carefully manage my horde and plan around trips to see relatives in the UK or their visits to us.”

“Company seems good. Too early to say definitively. I'd have appreciated some literature to explain the different blends; it's nice to have something in your hand while you're making the drink, as opposed to having to look online yourself. But the website and imagery convey an idea of experience and expertise. The initial tastes of the coffees are very positive.”

“Extremely fast and accurate fulfillment. Delicious teas and coffees, my wife had the Blue Lady at Royal Albert Hall and I -had- to get her some for home!!! PS: Duke Street tea is excellent as an iced tea!!!”

“Tea & Coffee orders have always arrived promptly and quality is very good. I'm not interested in any other fancy products suppliers of goods like this sell and wish they would concentrate on their core business about which they presumably know best of all. H.R.Higgins have a decent range of tea & coffee and are one of two regular suppliers from whom I buy. I just hope they don't get too carried away with offering many products other than tea & coffee because in my experience the overall quality of the base product then begins to deteriorate. Happy to recommend at present.”
