Slippers were delivered damaged was very disappointed as they were a gift.

the delivery was very slow then took a week to tell me there weren’t any of the other size for the 2 nd pair i ordered ... overall not a great experience

Gorgeous slippers but very disappointed as size guide is incorrect on website, medium is not a size 6 (39) only goes up to size 5,5 states on underfoot of slipper and very narrow not for people with wide feet.

Was sent wrong colour of slippers, phoned help desk and emailed photo's and still had call again. It appears the order was not checked before being despatched. Poor customer. Will not order from you again or recommend to anyone else

The sizing on your kids slippers are way to big ordered a size 5 for my son they fit me am a 6-7

Very disappointed with design of Padders slippers not wide enough plus diagonal seam across the instep cuts into my foot when walking, would not purchase, sorry for the bas review but must say it as it is.

Ordered size 14 slippers but what arrived through the post was very disappointing as they were nowhere near size 14; I can say maybe they were size 12. Looks like wrongly labelled.

Sent my wife’s slippers back what feels like forever ago for a replacement pair as the stitching came loose, still waiting on them, only get an update when I email and always get fobbed off with excuses, will never use again and would recommend to avoid this company like the plague!

Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered slippers, slippers were misdelivered by Royal Mail. Royal Mail advised they had made a mistake and to contact the company to get a refund. Did as instructed, this was in November, its now March. House of Slippers initially told me they were investigating, then nothing, they have now been ignoring me for months, looks like I wont be getting my money back. Absolute joke of a company.

Not impressed. You messed up my order and I had to eventually phone you to find out where it was when I’d paid for express delivery. Person I talked to was polite and sorted it out but not refund paid 🙁

No slippers have been received. You acknowledged my order placed by email on 15 December, order no HOS530568 status payment received. Delivery Royal Mail 2nd class 3-5 working days. When I checked my account you had not given it to the Royal Mail until 21/12/17 therefore not a hope of getting it for Christmas to give as a present on Christmas Day. It is now December 28 and the slippers have still not arrived and if they do I have no way of giving them to my son's girlfriend as a Christmas present as I will not be seeing them until February. Would like my money back.

Sadly my slippers didn't arrive. That can happen. Such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE that followed. I called to see what had happened to them and was told someone would check and call me back...they didn't call back. I called again and no one had chased it up. When they did check on it, the delivery company had said they didn't receive them and said it was delivery company's fault not theirs. I was not offered an apology for this. I was told the delivery company had finished working at 12pm on 22 December (really!) So nothing could be done until 27th...still no apology!

Incorrect order received. Very poor communication and customer service. Still awaiting the correct item or a refund. Christmas gift will no longer be received on time. Very poor, avoid.
