I waited well over a year for the size 8 that I wanted. There was always size 11 in stock. I eventually received the size I wanted and they are very well made, good quality and very sturdy. The long wait was certainly not acceptable in 2022/2023.

Very good price. Very poor size calculation, I brought 8's (I normally wear a size 7.5 UK) but they wouldn't fit until I removed the linings and fitted a thin inner sole. I went onto your site to return/order 9's but they were out of stock! So all in all you need to look at sizing in the real world, such a shame as it's a really good product which I have been wearing for many years. KW.

We do find that all brands can vary slightly with their fittings and I can only apologise for any inconvenience caused. Slippers were fine .delivery awful .paid express delivery of 4.99 but waited several days to receive them with daily calls to the company. Expected full postage refund of 4.99 . Received £2 which I thought was mean spirited. Doubt if I d use again. Shirley

I have returned these because I the description the soles were not black; however when they arrived soleswere black. We have just been advised to avoid black soled slippers on the carpet.

Loved the product, well made, look great, but l ordered a 7 which is my size & have always been with slippers (ie M & S ) but found this really tight & uncomfortable , lm hoping they will give a bit .

Lovely slippers but I do NOT record this company! I ordered 3 pairs by mistake and they refused to refund as the invoice says " cannot be refunded for hygiene purposes".....there was absolutely nothing in their website to say you can't return. And they had never even been out of their box!!!! Do NOT buy from this sham company.

Slippers didn’t fit and pulled to one side so sent them back ! Not had a refund yet !

The slippers were good but too small and the next size is too big they need to do a size in-between a size 4to5 which they do not seem to do and they seem slow on the refunds

These are lovely slippers but I have rheumatoid arthritis and I need a slight arch in my shoes and slippers. Sadly they are too flat for me to wear.

The slippers arrived on time and fitted well. Unfortunately one of the horns fell off after one day. I have sewn it back on, but others may not have the time or skills to do this.

Unfortunately, the seam has come apart from the Ugg slippers after only having them 3 weeks. Disappointed

Great product , dont order for a gift as itll turn up in a bag with " house of slippers " printed all over it , sort of gives the element of surprise away ,

I can't comment yet as the pixie slippers are an Xmas present. I paid extra to have the slippers wrapped, so have not actually seen them! Wrapping looks okay.

The slippers were good but the size too small. I am a size 6 and ordered M but could not get them on.
