“Great delivery time but plants were horribly squashed. Packaging was horrendously done: tape across leaves meaning my spider plants were all ruined. I’ve only given 2 stars for the delivery but I won’t be buying from them again and would not recommend. There are better web plant sellers out there…”

“I received lovely, healthy plants from Hortology. I also bought two pots at the same time, not meant for the plants in the same order. I was appreciative when Hortology contacted me to check to see that I knew that the plants wouldn't fit the pots. It is this level of care that will keep customers returning. Thank s so much.”

“Excellent communication. All the items I ordered arrived in perfect condition and the ordered plant was protected very well. Pictures matched as well. I made a mistake when placing my order but customer services (Sandra) fixed my error very efficiently.”
