“Happy with product but customer service lacking! Wasn’t told they were out of stock when ordered and only found out when asked where they were as they hadn’t arrived”

We would usually let our customers know if there was going to be a delay regarding their order, but I can see this did not happen in your case for some reason. “Product fine but I do not like prices which are not inclusive of VAT . I would prefer transparency . For this reason I will not be using the site again out of principle.”

Hi Cheryl, thank you for your feedback. All of our product and shipping prices are stated inclusive of VAT and we are completely transparent re our pricing. You did contact us querying the VAT that had been charged on your order. We provided a full breakdown to demonstrate that the price shown was the net cost plus VAT at 20%.
