“Excellent, website, packaging, on time delivery, as described, and beautiful plants and planter. The reason for a 4 star, as I ordered 2 ponytail plants and were going either side to an entrance to a conservatory it was important to have the look of the plants pretty similar, but unfortunately not, who ever chose them for packaging, did not consider that the ordering of two may have been for a mirroring affect. Hey Ho. But will definitely be ordering from you again, very helpful sizing info on choosing a planter to accommodate the plant you are purchasing. Thank You”

“I found that the website was easy to use, delivery was on time and product was as described and looks fantastic in our bathroom. Really great quality! Will definitely be buying from here again. Only thing I’d offer as feedback was that I bought a hanging plant pot and found it difficult to source a nice bracket online so maybe this is an opportunity to help customers get everything in one place”

“Ordered two weeks ago - still not arrived. Gave all my contact details when I filled out the order form. It never showed up. I have chased the delivery company (nothing we can do) and chased Hortology three times by email. Asked them to call me but they haven't. They just keep asking by email if it's turned up yet. I don't know what it's like when things go right with ordering from them, but when things go wrong, they don't seem to have a system in place to put it right.”

“Very good customer. Resolved issues quickly. Slight disappointment in inspection and quality of items supplied. First wateringcan had paint chip. Free replacement has slight fingerprint mark where it was handled before paint was dry. Both watering cans wobbled as rubber pads were stuck in wrong places. Easily fixed. Overall watering can looks very good.”

“I've been looking for a shade happy house plant for ages and found what I was looking for in the clear description on the website. The plant itself arrived quickly and well packed to survive time in the postal system. It's a beautiful healthy plant, looks wonderful and does seem (so far) to be happy in a shady position.
