“The first pot sent was the wrong size, but Hortology contacted me to point this out before I had even opened the box. They then arranged to have the right one sent and the wrong one collected at the same time a couple of days later. They clearly know - and Jemma in particular certainly knows - what customer service means.”

“Very nice plant pot! However most of the plant sadly died within a few days as the roots were rotten. Hopefully the remaining levels will survive”

“My plant was handed to me upside down and several leaves were damaged Over the next few days they continued to fall off and the plant is still dying despite my attempt to help it”

“Fantastic serve, came very quickly. Box was a LOT bigger than the plant which caused some confusion but very happy. Potentially it might be nice to get a follow up email after with a quick “care for your plant” PDF for people like me who don’t know loads about plants and plant care!”
