“Plant arrived in terrible condition. Some of the leaves were turning brown and when I went to check the condition of the roots, I found there was barely any...I can only assume the plant was a cutting? The plant pot didnt look anything like the pictures. Would not recommend hortology to anyone.”

“I had a very good all round experience with Hortology. Customer service was excellent and I received good communication throughout with helpful advice about the product range. Delivery was quick (despite current problems) and the items I bought look great in the house. Thanks team, I will certainly recommend you to others.”

“Item looks great and received on time with great communication and tracking. Only slight criticism is that the packaging seemed a bit excessive (a very large box and lots of brown paper), but it was all recyclable so that was good.”

“We bought a indoor flower pot for our daughter for Christmas. I had been looking for one for quite a while before I found the Hortology website. I was overwhelmed by the choice on offer and exceedingly happy, when our choice of pot was delivered. It looked exactly as advertised. I am sure our daughter will love it. The item was delivered very promptly and well packed. Sabine”
