“The album I originally ordered was out of stock , despite it showing as in stock on their website. That said they did try and source a copy from the distributors which I appreciated. I was offered the choice of a similar priced album from their website. This was fine as I found an album which I’d been looking for but I should really have been offered a refund as they were unable to fulfill my original order. Also, a smaller point, the album cover on the replacement I chose didnt match the image on the website.”

“The record I ordered wasn’t in stock anymore. But I was immediately informed about that and was offered a full refund or another version of the same record which I ordered then. The delivery was very quick and well packaged. Reliable seller!”
“Ordered a Mott The Hopple box set 28th July at a very good price. So good that I contacted them to ask if it was genuine. Quick reply said yes. Took two weeks to arrived and it wasn’t the box set (as advertised on the website) but a double album set. Numerous exchanges of emails and I have received the refund today 9th September. Not a full refund as I had to pay the postage back and they refunded some (not all) money by way of credit to my Horizon account.
I won’t be using them again.”

“Slow, very very slow, took over 6 weeks to recieve an item that was advertised as "in stock" to be told that it would be "next week" then the "next week" then the "next week" and so on...should not of been advertised as in stock and available for delivery if it had to be outsourced. Wont use again. Maybe was just just my order or if others have faced the same issue? Only response i got was when i chased for an update, no proactive emails to inform me of delays.”

It took around 2/3 weeks to proccess my order. Dont understand why it would say on the website "IN STOCK" when they have to source and ship the item to them selfs first before sending to the buyer.
Very counter productive.
Need to state to the buyer that if its says in stock its not guaranted to be deliverd by the given times.”
