“The record I ordered wasn’t in stock anymore. But I was immediately informed about that and was offered a full refund or another version of the same record which I ordered then. The delivery was very quick and well packaged. Reliable seller!”
“Ordered a Mott The Hopple box set 28th July at a very good price. So good that I contacted them to ask if it was genuine. Quick reply said yes. Took two weeks to arrived and it wasn’t the box set (as advertised on the website) but a double album set. Numerous exchanges of emails and I have received the refund today 9th September. Not a full refund as I had to pay the postage back and they refunded some (not all) money by way of credit to my Horizon account.
I won’t be using them again.”

“Slow, very very slow, took over 6 weeks to recieve an item that was advertised as "in stock" to be told that it would be "next week" then the "next week" then the "next week" and so on...should not of been advertised as in stock and available for delivery if it had to be outsourced. Wont use again. Maybe was just just my order or if others have faced the same issue? Only response i got was when i chased for an update, no proactive emails to inform me of delays.”
“Delivery was super fast when the company actually received the vinyl from abroad.
It took around 2/3 weeks to proccess my order. Dont understand why it would say on the website "IN STOCK" when they have to source and ship the item to them selfs first before sending to the buyer.
Very counter productive.
Need to state to the buyer that if its says in stock its not guaranted to be deliverd by the given times.”
“After I'd placed my order I came across some pretty terrible reviews of Horizons Music, some effectively accusing it of being a scam site. The records I'd bought were priced a fair bit lower than other online stores, so I did wonder if I'd been had. But I received several emails from them in the next few days updating me on the status of my order, and within a week the records I'd ordered arrived in perfect condition and securely packed. So no complaints whatsoever from me.”

“I've been contacted three times now to leave a review. So here we go. First (and last) time using Horizon Music.
I ordered an 'in stock' record on the 6th June, I was emailed a few days later and told the record had been ordered by them (so not in stock?) and I would receive it the following week.
10 weeks later with no communication, I finally get the record delivered - and it's terribly warped. I'm not sure if it went out like that, or spent weeks sitting in hot warehouses. Either way, it's pretty poor.
The email from Neil Monteiro says they are 'being targeted on social media' which sounds like they've done nothing wrong. I'm sorry Neil but perhaps you could accept that service has been poor - or at least email from an address we can actually respond to, rather than saying you have to go through the website to contact.
So there you go - a review as requested. 2 stars as a I did eventually get the record which was hard to find elsewhere, and is playable even if warped.”

When it did arrive it was secure and well packaged but this did not make up for the delay.
Wont be in a rush to use again.”
