“Got off on the wrong foot as web site said LP was "In Stock" when it was not, only when I queried the order did they admit they were awaiting delivery the next week. That said the LP did arrive in stock the following week and arrived quickly once available. Communication initially poor then good once I made them aware that I was not satisfied hence rating of 3 stars”

“I can not recommend Horizons Music to anyone as despite seemingly great offer on both price and availability- it was not true for me. Delay upon delay only to learn they sell what’s not in stock (and I’m talking about preorders) only to offer me their service of ordering from third party for a higher price. And when I had requested a refund they reminded me they’re a small business and to consider refund as a voucher - the audacity! I’m all for a small business but not when I’m feeling played. Communication was dreadful and I always had to milk the information from them. And then I had delay for the refund cause they thought I might have changed my mind.
I am now terrified of buying from small business online or online in general as this experience has scared me.”

You find the album you want, pay for it, pay for 48hr delivery, then, 2 days later they tell you they've ordered it and it'll be a week before you'll receive it!
Nothing on the website says they DON'T have it in stock.
I don't recommend them and I'll NEVER use them again”
“The album I originally ordered was out of stock , despite it showing as in stock on their website. That said they did try and source a copy from the distributors which I appreciated. I was offered the choice of a similar priced album from their website. This was fine as I found an album which I’d been looking for but I should really have been offered a refund as they were unable to fulfill my original order. Also, a smaller point, the album cover on the replacement I chose didnt match the image on the website.”
