“Wouldn’t buy from them again. Ordered music that was advertised only to be told it was sold out. Ended up choosing something else which eventually was in stock. Paid more than I was supposed to as the out of stock item cost more. Couldn’t be bothered to ask for cash back as everything was so painful and just wanted to be done with it. It seems that there’s stuff advertised that isn’t in stock… it lures you in. I wouldn’t buy from this place again”

sorry I dont understand this review. The vision reels vinyl as you know are extremely rare. We supplied one and you said you would pay for the shipping when the second one arrived which it has done, we are ready to ship..you were satisfied with how we handled it so this review is a little disappointing.
“I found Horizon online, and they had a vinyl record that I was after. The price was really good, so I purchased from them. I was a bit unsure of my purchase as I had never used Horizon before, but I was surprised at the quality of the service. I received my item quite quickly and was emailed throughout the process. I would highly recommend Horizon, the prices are goid and the service is better.”
“Sketchy site which allows you to buy things that are not actually in stock but say they are which then lead to you being told they are about to get repressed. I managed to salvage my money by swapping my order for another vinyl which they did have in stock I'm thankful for that.”

“Absolute clowns. I placed an order and after ten days, I’d had no update. I followed up and was told they didn’t have the record I ordered in stock. They offered me to exchange the record for a different one, or to use the money sent as credit. (I was not offered a refund).
I selected another record from the website at a lower price than the original item (£21, the first record was £22.). I was then told this second record also was out of stock, but they could send a different version of the same album. (They didn’t mention any price difference at this point.). I agreed, then they tried to charge me an extra £5, as this different version was a higher price than the first album I ordered. Because this different price wasn’t mentioned when I was originally offered the different record, I refused to pay the extra. They did then send the replacement record as agreed. However, the whole debacle took time and a very tedious email thread before I got anything. I’ve been buying records online for over ten years, always trying to support smaller independent retailers. This is by far the worst record shopping experience I’ve had online- utterly shambolic. AVOID AT ALL COSTS”
“Seem to have good stock but are slow to despatch orders and customer service aren’t very responsive. When you do receive a response expect to be curt and bordering rude. There are several reviews saying the company is a scam, I don’t think it is but if they ignore customers whose orders are pending they could appear to be scamming them.”
“Initially, I was a bit concerned about my purchase of two vinyl records from (link unavailable). The site claimed delivery would be within 24-48 hours, but a week went by with no sign of shipping and the website seemed to have vanished along with their email address. However, a week later, I received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, and to my surprise, the records arrived today. Despite some initial hiccups, the site proved to be reliable, and I'd recommend them to fellow vinyl enthusiasts. Perhaps a bit more communication would be appreciated, but I'll definitely shop here again.”
