“Ordered 2 x vinyls 3/12/25 for Xmas present. Recd email stating ‘ready to ship. Never arrived and I emailed on 16/12/25 asking of not delivered before Xmas, I wanted refund. Recd email 17/12/25stating one was out of stock and offered alternative. I emailed stating I would only accept if delivered before Xmas. Finally recd on 22/12/25. Would not use this site as very poor service and poor communication with buyer”
“I would not recommend this company.
I ordered a vinyl as a Christmas present and was later informed that it would arrive after Christmas. I requested a refund straight away. Instead of processing this, I was offered an exchange, which I declined.
The next day I was emailed again asking if I still wanted the item. I replied promptly confirming I did not and that I had already asked for a refund — yet I was then told it had already been shipped.
Very poor communication and handling of a simple refund request.”
“Excellent customer service they emailed me to say that the original LP that I ordered with our stock they recommended it alternative which was on par. I accepted delivered with four days would definitely use this company again.”
“There are several ways in which you could improve:
Stock visibility - when going on the website and making an order, all of the items were listed as in stock. Its only after I made the order I was contacted by email saying that two items are out of stock, one of which was not going back in stock so I was offered a voucher or buying something else instead. It is better to know in advance what is in or not.
Communication - the back and forth with customer service guy about the situation felt a bit clumsy. They said the items would he sent out by a certain date and then the date came and they said actually its going to be next week… I don’t want to chase anyone, I just want a clear message when am i going to get the records
Refunds - vouchers are lost money. Nobody likes vouchers. I would rather get my money back next time.”

I had no reason to be nervous at all!! Communication was great, price was very competitive and my item came and I’m delighted with it.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Horizon Music again!”
“Wasn't aware of this small company until the need to buy a Christmas present for a family member. Horizon was the website they listed. Had a few issues where the vinyl ordered was out of stock. Horizon offered me a refund but I opted to support this small business and ordered items that were in stock. I was always kept in the loop of my orders delivery and any issues I had were resolved. I would like to add that I contacted Horizon a few times and their response was prompt and polite.”
“Couldn't fault. Read a lot of bad reviews so was a little dubious but they emailed straight away to let me know it was in stock and with me by the end of the week. Saturday morning was at the door. 10/10 from me. Thanks 👍”
