I reached out about a necklace, and everyone was great in communication as I needed it expedited and the shipping expedited. All of that was great, and I paid for both, and it arrived in plenty of time. unfortunately the insert inside talked about being 60 years old instead of a six year anniversary. Simple mistake or somebody put the wrong thing in, however, when I reached out to say, can either the correct one be sent or else can you just send me a picture and I’ll have it printed locally, I never got a single response. The necklace looks great, but obviously something was dropped during the process. Leaves what could have been as a great experience from a boutique shop to seem too be too busy to notice the details. Happy overall but probably would look elsewhere next time.
