“I bought a ring from Honey Willow 2 years ago, and the product was great. Unfortunately, one of the stones fell out, and I enquired about having the stone replaced, which Honey Willow were willing to do free of charge. I was then very lazy and didn’t actually send the ring back (life got in the way). 18 months or so later I decided to get it repaired, and Honey Willow very kindly honored the original repair request, and fixed it for free 18 months later! Great service!”

“Unfortunately we contacted Honey Willow as we had an issue as a chain had broken! However, the level of service provided was perfect and what we would want. I received a very prompt and lovely response and provided images on request and a replacement chain was sent out immediately. Perfect customer service”
