“This was an excellent buy and my wife was genuinely moved. After 35 years that is quite something. However I would urge you to think about the sizing of your bracelets for woman wh have been married for 35 years. My wife is of average build and is certainly not over-sized but your first offer did not fit her properly. When I asked for it to be extended by 20mm it fitted perfectly. This also meant the balance of the gems in the original piece was irregular. This suggests your sizings are wrong for a 35th wedding anniversary present and this probably means so is your pricing because you charged me extra and of course I also had to then also pay for 2 lots of postage and packing adding to my costs and marginal irritation. I think this marred the overall experience of the purchase. It meant on the anniversary date the present couldn't be worn. A bit like the wedding ring not being there on the wedding day!”

“Have been so impressed with Honey Willow! I ordered a 45th anniversary necklace in silver from them and it wasn't until it arrived that I realised I'd ordered the wrong one. Honey Willow couldn't have been more accomadating about my mistake; they were happy to have it returned, reimbursed the difference in price promptly and re-sent the intended necklace within a week. My emails were answered quickly and may I say, very receptive to amending my own stupid mistake and they were even willing to replace the clasp for a more accessible one for my arthritic fingers. They were so patient and kind in their responses; that's what I call excellent customer service. And my necklace is perfect! Absolutely adore it and love wearing it because it is such a delicate, beautiful design that's so meaningful to our anniversary. Thank you Honey Willow staff; your jewellery is a dream.....”

“Quick service (though did pay the extra for quick turn around due to anniversary date). Jewellery was perfect and comes in a lovely box with engraving. Lots of choice for styles. Also, a lovely personal message wishing us a happy anniversary from the team - a perfect extra touch which made the experience very personal. Competitive price too. Highly recommend.”

“After a year of recurrent miscarriage and heartbreak I bought this necklace for myself to mark the three babies I have lost. It is something I will hold close and dear forever. I love that it has the birthstones of the months they should have been born and the fact it is subtle and dainty so I can wear it all the time.”

“I ordered from Honey Willow to buy a gift for my Aunt who recently lost both of her parents (my grandparents). The gift consisted of a gold bracelet with both of my grandparents' birthstones. When I received the order, I was blown away. It is obvious that this company puts so much care and love into what they make. I was extemely impressed with their work. The bracelet was beautiful and the gift wrapping was very elegant. My aunt loved the gift so much it made her cry.
