“A very last minute gift. We ordered on Sunday evening and chose a beautiful necklace with 3 interlocked rings with each ring personalised with names and wedding date. I emailed Honey Willow first thing on Monday to check they had received my order. The customer care was timely and responsive within 2hrs. The necklace arrived by Wednesday and was beautifully packaged along with a personal handwritten note which simply said We hope you enjoy your day. Would highly recommend this company. The necklace is beautiful.”

“I purchased the 3 pearl necklace for my daughter. She absolutely loved it. Shipping was right on time which I was initially concerned about. I chose to have the package wrapped which is a lifesaving option for the procrastinating fathers out there! Thank you very much. “22nd anniversary called for something with the Spinel gem. I had never heard of it, but a little online research retrieved Honey Willow and the option for Spinel earrings. They were made to order and communication during the process including delivery was excellent. Not often in the market for jewelry, but I would certainly entertain purchasing from Honey Willow again.”

Packaging is so cute, there’s even a card that shows who handmade the jewelry which makes it even more special and the birthday note they added. “I recently purchased two rings from Honey Willow and could not be happier with the entire experience. I saw the shop while in Bath, but it being a Monday the shop was closed, so I emailed an enquiry. One of the women answered me almost immediately with helpful and thorough information. Both of my rings are gorgeous and beautifully crafted; I get compliments on them all of the time and have passed Honey Willow's information to several friends. All communication was quick and friendly, the rings are stunning, and the shipment to the US was quick and uneventful. I recommend them without reservation and will definitely purchase more jewelry in the future. Thank you to the entire team!”

“We recently bought our daughter a beautiful necklace for her 30th birthday. We had never used this company before so was a bit apprehensive. We needn’t have worried. The delivery service was fantastic and the necklace was absolutely gorgeous and something that she will be able to keep but wear with everything. She loved it. The company added little touches, like a little note to say happy 30th birthday and it was packaged beautifully. Brilliant company and will definitely recommend and use again.”
