“Tom was extremely helpful from day one, I had to move my appointment and there was no issue. On the day Tom turned up on time and was *extremely* thorough raising over 400 faults with the property - thankfully a lot of these are very minor but I now feel that I can move forward with my new property knowing that it has stood up to intense scrutiny with no major problems. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending HomeSnag and Tom to anyone, and would actively encourage anybody buying a new house to use the service.”

“Very helpful report. Tom inspected all the aspect of the house thoroughly and found over 250 snagging issues. Would recommend to anyone who buys a new build. His report also showed cold spots where insulation was not blown properly. He photographed all the issues so when I went through the snags with site manager we were able to identify those really quickly. Soil test is part of this report so that is a good indicator if you want to lay turf in the garden. Very happy with this and again strongly recommended. It is worth every penny. Peter”

“Brilliant service from start to finish. Due to completing on the day of the inspection we asked for a later appointment to allow to collect the keys this was not an issue. Our inspector Tom spent a good 5 hours in the house. He even went to the length of showing us how our heating system worked and how our windows were easy clean as the development hadn't. The report was received very quickly and I was amazed at the things that had been found. Alot we probably wouldn't have noticed ourselves. The report was also forwarded to the site manager. The majority of issues are now sorted with our house with the rest due to be shortly. Thanks Homesnag.”

“Tom was great, very professional and put the full report together very quickly after completing the snag inspection. HomeSnag provided great peace of mind that everything was done correctly and when it wasn't the professional report was easy and effective for us to present the snags to our builder.”

“The report and photos were invaluable in getting our developer to address issues in the house. The HomeSnag representative was also very understanding in reorganising the appointment at short notice after he was initially refused access. We would definitely recommend HomeSnag.”
