“Very disappointing with my purchase. Looks bigger in picture when arrived it has hardly enough storage draws are tiny just about fits what needs to go inside. Didn't return only because I already half built and didn't want to unbuild and packaging was damaged so just kept the item. You have to build in order to see what's its like. Delivery time good that is all.”
“The Reindeers were beautiful when lit, but the neck fittings are very poor, kept falling off, they wouldnt stand up on their own, even though they fitted correctly, I had to get them it, until I find a way of securing them. And the amount of glitter that was falling of them was ridiculous. So Disappointed”
“The driver had knocked and before I could get there he had gone. I had ordered a large mirror and this was propped up beside the door. I am 75 years of age and this mirror was exceptionally heavy so you can imagine what difficulty I had. I am sure an extra minute spent by the driver would not have been a hardship”

“Comms was good, delivery good but the item was faulty and i changed my mind, after they offered to replace the part (to be fair) they then offered me a refund minus £33 for postage back! Not quite the money back guarantee they advertise…. The item was built but easily disassembled for resale. How do you know if you like something whilst in a box.. you have to build it! Make sure you reread the small print before you buy. It took 34 emails & over 2 weeks before i received my 70% refund.”
“Didn’t even order this item! However, what I did order wasn’t what they had advertised and then they REFUSED to collect without me having to pay over £30 for the courier or offer a partial refund. Will keep the product and cut my losses, but will definitely not order from this company again!”

“Home Done is ok ,BUT the delivery company they use is very very slow , it was in their delivery unit for about four days before they delivered the two wardrobes , I would not buy from Home Done again because of the delivery service”
“I ordered a hanging shoe organiser. The item arrived promptly but in my view is not fit for purpose and not as advertised. I only take a size 5 (UK) which is average, so it was a surprise to me that my shoes don't fit into the pouches. It should've been advertised for childrens' shoes.”

“I ordered a bed in early december for christmas and was told the iem will be delivered in 5 working days. I diod not hear anything so called them on the 6th working day to be told that my delivery was lost in the post and the bed was out of stock. I was told to choose an alternative which i did and got 5% off. I was promised that the manufacturer was instructed to process my order urgently and could expect it by chrismas. I did not hear back so called customer services on the 23rd. I spoke to a lady who was defensive and rude and told me to be patient. I called again and spoke to a different lady who was equally rude and told me to be understanding because I have got a 5% discount. I slept on the floor for christmas for a few days. I got a text from the manufacturer who informed me of a delivery date of 29th. The manufacturer said the order was not marked as urgent or priority by Home done so standard sale procedure was followed. The 2 star ratings is for the bed as it is of decent quality. However the false promises and lies told by customer services is a major put off to order from them again.”
