“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The delivery men refused to assemble the sofa (even though it was supposedly included in the price) they told me I had to pay an additional Ā£40. As a woman on her own I had little choice but to pay. As they were driving away I noticed theyād attached two of the legs incorrectly. I called the guy back immediately but he told me Iād have to put it right myself. I reported this to Home Done over two weeks ago. Theyāre conducting an āinvestigationā. All I want is my Ā£40 back. But so far, nothing despite calling and emailing them multiple times. The sofa itself looks nice - but two of the seat cushions are much harder than the chaise long part of the L shape - thereās no āgiveā in them at all. Home Done assured me they will soften - but given their customer service in rectifying the delivery charge, I have little faith in them.”
