“Took longer than expected for my sofa to arrive but the communication was great and the delivery staff were so kind and thoughtful when bring the sofa into my house. Thank you again!”
“HomeDone were exceptional when me and my partner ordered online. They were friendly and the staff were very helpful. we were very happy with our purchase and will be returning to buy again in future. They work hard to ensure your purchase is worthwhile and they even offer installment payments which given the cost of everything helped us massively to bring our lounge together when purchasing a new sofa. Very satisfied.”
“I’d already found the shelving unit I wanted but decided to shop around. Google search brought up Homedone. The exact same unit £20-30 cheaper than everywhere else. I read reviews which were good so went ahead and. Easy to order, paid with PayPal and received confirmation e mails straight and tracking number. It was delivered on time within days and it’s perfect. I will definitely use Homedone again.”
“I ordered an easel for my 18 month old granddaughters Christmas present. She opened it on Boxing day and straight away my son started to assemble it. Unfortunately there were a couple of parts missing that are required to hold paper. I informed Faizan who sent me the link to the relevant department. They were unable to get the parts but Faizan offered me a sum of £8. I refused this as this wouldn't solve the problem so Faizan sent me a brand new easel within a few days. I was delighted with the service and would not hesitate to order from this again. Also the communication was brilliant and I felt listened to and that nothing was too much trouble. Well done.”
