Customer service doesn’t exist.
Paid £190 for assembly, took a day off of work and when the driver outside my building told me that I could park or pay for a parking ticket.
I offered my car park space in the garage but the van was too high. I told him to park at 5 min walk from the entrance of my building and he refused.
I offered him to pay for the car park ticket for 4 hours and agreed with someone on the phone he decided to drop the wardrobe and live because he was “too busy”.
The worst experience I ever had with companies.”

Don't know if my order has been accepted or if i need to shop elsewhere. Very disappointing, all I need is some communication.”

We were told we would receive the Wardrobe within 14 - 26 days, which lapsed. We were then told another 6-7 weeks. They are extremely hard to contact, & they do not respond to emails. We tried to cancel the order as it is taking too long, but no response. Awful experience!!”
“Not really sure where to start! Don’t believe everything you see on their website!! The website stated the item we wanted was in stock so we placed an order and paid in full, only to receive an email a couple of days later to say they didn’t have it and we’d have to change colour! Requested a refund that was never forthcoming. They miraculously found an item and arranged delivery - only to cancel the day before as it had been “damaged in transit”. I believe this was false information and just an excuse to keep our money for longer.
In the end, we did actually receive our item (hence the 1 star), but not before we’d escalated to our credit card company and exchanged almost 30 emails. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest and hassle free transaction, then I suggest you place your order elsewhere!”

“Worst service I have ever had, if you phoned up customer service it was about an hour before you got through to anyone couch was 3+ weeks late in arriving. Courier service was shocking got verbal abuse down the phone and they threatened to leave my £700 couch outside my house because I wasn’t in even though I had stayed in on three occasions with no delivery made they showed up on a day that suited them and didn’t give us any information that they were coming. All in all horrible service won’t be using them again”
