“Absolutely awful!!
What I ordered compared to what I received, not only that I requested I collection and was advise if I want to return it then I have to pay courier charges!!!

“I thought from the picture of the grass trimmer with metal head was a complete item but I only received a replacement metal head. Which of course is no good without the rest please send me details and numbers to return the useless item. Yours Colin Fuller.”
“I ordered online from Home as they were offering delivery in 7-10 days from ordering. However they failed to meet the delivery dates saying they are 'estimated not actual'. I finally received conformation that the sofas would be delivered on 16th Sept. I emailed Home on the morning of due delivery asking of they could ring on route to delivery or on arrival as I'm awaiting the sofas before I can move in. They arrived and said they tried to ring me but I had no missed call. On returning to the house on missed delivery slip was put through the door and my mobile number had been incorrectly wrote on the slip, despite my correct number being placed at the time of order. I finally managed to speak with a member of staff who then informed me because I missed the delivery it would them cost me between £70-80 for them to redeliver. I asked about cancelling the order to be informed it would cost me £150 and I still have no sofas and back to square one. The issue is they have no communication with whatever delivery firm they use and trying to contact by phone is essentially impossible. So I'm still without sofas or a delivery date nearly three weeks later.”
“I have been waiting for delivery for more than two weeks, no one informs me, to my email with a question about what it is about, I am again waiting for a few days for an answer, horrible”

To your email of today 27 Aug.2021,l would like to inform you that I am extremely disappointed as we have sent you an email on the same day we received our order telling you that the tempered glass of the table is broken and it should be replaced and we have provided you with photos of the broken glass ,but unfortunately till now you didn’t reply to our request for exchange or at least to tell us what you want to do regarding this issue . I hope you will sort this issue out as soon as possible”
“Absolutely Awful.... Misleading descriptions online(that a member of staff admitted to) ment that I bought just dining chairs not a set as described, when I asked for them to be collected, I was told I would have to pay £29.
Sorry but I would not spend another penny with this company.
Just re sold the chairs.

“I'm extremely disappointed as there was missing parts which meant we could not assemble the wardrobe to fit into his bedroom fir his wedding night. This caused so much distress and inconvenience.”
“It took many weeks longer to receive my wardrobe as for some reason my details did not go through on the order form.
When the wardrobe arrived it was damaged and I am still waiting for a replacement door.
All in all, a very disappointing experience.”
“Very disappointed to open up our box with mirrored console table in to find 2 legs smashed . Assembled table anyway and 2 legs fell off in my hand. The quality is pure trash. I spent £350 on what should have been a stunning piece but it’s utter rubbish. Smashed & fell apart the minute it was assembled. I’d like someone to come collect this able and bring me a brand new one that hasn’t been damaged & doesn’t fall apart!!!!”
“Delivery was arranged well but a side of 1 chair was damaged. The customer experience deteriorated quickly at this stage. The Aftersales support was shocking and I wouldn't touch this company again. They denied the damage and after back and forth culminated in a measly £20 refund on a £750 product.
Be very cautious and explore other retailers as an alternative supplier.

“Goods arrived very prompt (next day) but on opening the box to assemble the chairs I discovered one of the inner poles used to connect the back was damaged and stuck in the inner pole meaning that it was impossible to put together. On inspection of the 2nd chair I discovered numerous scuffs and scrapes. I repacked the chairs back in the box and found different parcel tape had been used over the original and a place where a different address label had been attached and pulled off. This was the reason for such prompt delivery, they had sent us chairs which had obviously been damaged and returned and then sent to us as new!! I contacted the suppler to complain, return and obtain a refund. I received an apology email and sent the requested photos of the damage but I am still waiting to hear almost a week later of further details of how to return and get my refund. Very disappointed and irrate at these shoddy goods and very poor customer service. Beware!”
