Excellent delivery and installation of two sliding door wardrobes. Good communication on the day before and on the day of delivery. Very pleased with the quality of the wardrobes and the service provided by Home Done.

Although an item I ordered was out of stock a refund was issued without delay. Communucation and service were both excellent.

I thought from the picture of the grass trimmer with metal head was a complete item but I only received a replacement metal head. Which of course is no good without the rest please send me details and numbers to return the useless item. Yours Colin Fuller.

The delivery men were lovely and so polite! Amazing experience. The wardrobe is amazing!! Couldn’t be happier. Only one little damage and someone will come out and change it for us.

I ordered online from Home as they were offering delivery in 7-10 days from ordering. However they failed to meet the delivery dates saying they are 'estimated not actual'. I finally received conformation that the sofas would be delivered on 16th Sept. I emailed Home on the morning of due delivery asking of they could ring on route to delivery or on arrival as I'm awaiting the sofas before I can move in. They arrived and said they tried to ring me but I had no missed call. On returning to the house on missed delivery slip was put through the door and my mobile number had been incorrectly wrote on the slip, despite my correct number being placed at the time of order. I finally managed to speak with a member of staff who then informed me because I missed the delivery it would them cost me between £70-80 for them to redeliver. I asked about cancelling the order to be informed it would cost me £150 and I still have no sofas and back to square one. The issue is they have no communication with whatever delivery firm they use and trying to contact by phone is essentially impossible. So I'm still without sofas or a delivery date nearly three weeks later.

I have been waiting for delivery for more than two weeks, no one informs me, to my email with a question about what it is about, I am again waiting for a few days for an answer, horrible

Took a while to respond to email but was quite good. Delivery however wasn't as good. Telephoned a few times but was unable to talk to anyone.

Overall not a good experience. Costumer service very poor, it took me two days to speak to someone. I paid £1200 for something that should not cost more than £400. Poor quality furniture. I ordered white wardrobe and it is white and grey mostly grey. Poor assembly instructions.

When my glass container arrived ,it was smashed Into little pieces. I made a complaint to the company and they are sending a new one. Although the situation wasn't ideal I felt the company were quick and efficient with my complaint, because unfortunately sometimes faults can't be predicted.

Ref. To your email of today 27 Aug.2021,l would like to inform you that I am extremely disappointed as we have sent you an email on the same day we received our order telling you that the tempered glass of the table is broken and it should be replaced and we have provided you with photos of the broken glass ,but unfortunately till now you didn’t reply to our request for exchange or at least to tell us what you want to do regarding this issue . I hope you will sort this issue out as soon as possible

Easy to place an order. Delivery time was expected and the two gentleman installation the wardrobe was excellent and professional.
