“Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered a bose wall mount which was showing in stock at the time of order only to receive an email the day before delivery that this item was not in stock . I received the email at the end of the day which gave me no time to reply to the email and hopefully rectify this problem before delivery date. Definitely will not use again found to be very unprofessional”
