“The price of the product in my cart increased without warning. I noticed the day after placing my order when looking at my invoice. Wasn't very happy, contacted customer support and they've ignored me. I went with Home AV Direct because they were originally £10 cheaper than Amazon, but ended up being £20 more expensive. Won't be bothering with them again.”

“I had a problem with my purchase, HomeAV immediately swapped the sound bar. Next day delivery, no charging for the replacement and a later refund. Also immediate r e onse on the. Phone and very helpful, I would recommend them.”
