“What fantastic customer service, really went out if the way. Rob looked after my order, which sort if went wrong & came up with an offer I would have tbh not expected. Will definitely use again, as I'm going to look for an amp upgrade to go with new speakers & would happily recommend. Thanks.”

“Bracket was dirty, in a damaged / incomplete box, packed with empty remote control boxes to 'protect' it. It appears to be either second-hand or a display second. Appreciate the price is lower than elsewhere, but the description did not reflect the condition it's in, there was no indication that it was not a brand new item.”

“Bought open box Dali speakers. Speakers arrived on time and were brand new condition. Very happy with purchase. Will definitely buy from home av again. I'm always a bit dubious buying online especially an open box product but was deffo worth the risk.🙂🙂🙂”
