“Hands down, the very best offering of customer service I've ever received. I HATE going into shops and use Chat with sellers a lot. On this occasion, I was able to adjust the items in a package being sold and have that change, including price, reflected online and available for me to buy within seconds of asking for it. Really impressive and greatly appreciated. To top it all off, my package arrived in under 24hrs! I can't recommend Home AV direct enough and I'll be going back just because of the service I received.”

“Excellent customer service I ordered the Kef Q series 7.1.2 speaker package unfortunately they only had one set of Q150’s I was offered a speaker upgrade for the missing Q150’s straight away at no extra charge. This is 1st class service”

“Great price and very quick delivery...in fact, so quick that even though I paid extra for a Saturday delivery it came the next day on a Friday! No complaints at all about being too efficient though, that's for sure. I'd buy from Home AV again anytime.”

“The price of the product in my cart increased without warning. I noticed the day after placing my order when looking at my invoice. Wasn't very happy, contacted customer support and they've ignored me. I went with Home AV Direct because they were originally £10 cheaper than Amazon, but ended up being £20 more expensive. Won't be bothering with them again.”

“I had a problem with my purchase, HomeAV immediately swapped the sound bar. Next day delivery, no charging for the replacement and a later refund. Also immediate r e onse on the. Phone and very helpful, I would recommend them.”
