“There was nothing but professional customer service all the way, from initial contact and inquiry to final sale. I unfortunately had a minor issue, not related to Home AV, as one of the speakers had a minor damage from the factory. Home AV Direct was very quick to respond with a very forthcoming professional attitude and offered me several possible solutions. I am very happy with the entire process and how they have handled each step in the process. I can highly recommend them for their services.”
